Job Description

Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families of various ages with various presenting problemsProvide counseling services in the client''s home, in our agency office, school-based or web-based using our telehealth platformFacilitate competent counseling services from a faith-based perspectiveUtilize evidence-based treatments in counselingCompletion of accurate, timely documentation of 1) all contacts with clients, 2) integrative summaries and treatment plans, and 3) reports for clients (as needed)Value multiculturalism and diversity and integrate it into client conceptualization and treatmentDemonstrate respect for client''s sociocultural values, personal goals, and lifestyle choices, and deliver services in a culturally competent fashionMaintain strict confidentiality to protect client''s privacyAttend required staff meetings, clinical workshops and team retreatsMeet with Supervised Therapist Team and Director of Operations on a regular basis for support and trainingBe willing to provide supervision to staff who are unlicensedReview and sign off on supervisees'' documentation in a timely mannerPresent psychoeducational seminars/workshops to staff and/or groups in the community (e.g., anxiety, suicide prevention, parenting, marriage)Qualifications: Hold a clinical license in the state of Indiana (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, HSPP)Have an understanding of integrating the Christian faith in counseling clientsBelief in the family preservation philosophyPrevious supervisory experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
