We''re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!Reliability Engineer What this job involves -The Reliability Engineer - is responsible for leading and managing the implementation/reporting and ongoing service delivery of client critical environments and overseeing the maintenance program for a specific account. This role will be responsible for seamless client critical environment support along with working with account team, engineering/mobile engineering teams and vendors to deliver a highly integrated facility management product and drive a one-team mentality within a vendor matrixed environment.Key Responsibilities:Ability to present ideas and summarize data into a compelling story; influencing skillsAbility and positive track record of managing staffWorking with client engineering, design and implement JLL CEM program and engineering initiatives to ensure consistency of services across portfolio.Ensure local CEM teams are developing and maintaining strong line of business and third-party relationships with assigned facilities and holding direct relationships with key client line of business leaders.Provide account with engineering/critical environments subject matterManage all sites/critical assets within approved processes and procedures and in accordance with local, state and federal requirements.Manage the Critical Performance Indicators (CPI''s) and outcomes.Provide JLL Operational Compliance Program Leadership, ensuring annual completion of program and timely submittal to JLL REM.Work with Account Director, Reliability Manager, and Regional Facility Manager for reporting, integration, and support of site FM team.Serve as primary contact for client emergency management personnel for reporting critical environments readiness when dealing with region wide emergencies.Ensure timely completion of all account wide company or client initiatives.Maintain interface with client critical environments representatives ensuring total contract compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolving critical relationship issues as needed.Travel to client sites on a regular basis to meet with client contacts, personnel and to inspect level of services being rendered.Assess current asset conditions and implement capital replacement plan using either JLL or client provided tools for assessment.Support integrated delivery of all services on account to ensure they meet client expectations, including services outside of FM such as project management, mobile engineering.Ability to work with and integrate with other FM suppliers in a matrixed environmentAct as technical advisor to Account Director in all matters pertaining to critical environments assets.Keep current on data center trends and JLL programs.Backup and support to Account DirectorPerforms additional job duties as requested.Sound like you? To apply you need to have: -Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and critical environments experience.Understand and have experience with CMMS systems and reporting10De+ years of facilities management to include demonstrated experience managing critical environments and remote portfolio of locations.
