Cloud Architect, Lead with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0148762 Cloud Architect, LeadKey Role: Develop the current and target state cloud architecture, future vision and migration path for client cloud products, services, and overall Ecosystem. Maintain responsibility for developing roadmap milestones that line up with path to target state. Interface with senior clients, tenants, and te chn ical staff to develop, communicate, and evolve the cloud strategy. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Basic Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in business architecture, solutions architecture, or application architecture* Experience in managing large operational cloud environments spanning multiple tenants through te chn iques including Multi-Account management or AWS Well Architected Best Practices* Experience with driving ongoing improvements in cost efficiencies including purchase of Reserved* Experience with Instance and Savings Plans aligned to resources consumption or review of AWS T rus ted Advisor* Experience with establishing legacy modernization and migration roadmaps for large scale applications* Ability to obtain a security clearance * Bachelor''s Degree* AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Asso cia te Level certification Additional Qualifications: * Experience with one or more current programming languages such as Java, Javascript, including AngularJS, Python, Rus t, Go, Ruby or PHP* Experience with defining the architecture of cloud deployed applications* Experience in service-oriented architecture, web services, and Application Programming Interfaces* Experience with how containerized is performed with applications* Experience with how container organization works and how the application needs to be Architecture to take advantage of that, such as Kubernetes or Universal Control Plane UCP* Experience with defining and driving SecDevOps best practices such as IaC and CI / CD within large teams* Experience with event-driven applications using queues, service bus and other related patterns* Ability to advise on the best forms of developing containerized application such as Docker or Rocket* Agile Certification* Security Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information .
