The Household LPN promotes guests and residents well-being and satisfaction by supporting person-centered and guest-/resident-directed care. The Household LPN participates in assessing planning implementing and evaluating nursing care and provides for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of the guests/residents and their families and is a role model for professional nursing practices. As an employee of the Household the LPN is considered a versatile worker and is cross-trained in different functions of the Household within scope of licensure (if applicable) in order to meet guest/resident needs as they occur.Riverside Healthy Living Community in Smithfield offers Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Support; furthermore, it provides a warm and inviting lifestyle.
