As a weapon s of mass destruction ( WMD ) subject matter expert ( SME ) spe cia lizing in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense ( CBRN ) , you use your spe cia lized te chn ical targeting and analysis experience and your attention to detail to develop innovative collection concepts and analysis products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters. As a WMD CBRN SME on our team, you''ll help your client understand the operational landscape of various WMD CBRN targets, current threats, and collection opportunities. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you''ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source. You''ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for targeter s and warfighters. As the authority on WMD CBRN - related issues, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is also a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset. You''ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have: * 10+ years of experience with developing innovative collection concepts, authoring and peer-reviewing intelligence analysis reports, and writing reports detailing methods, results, and impacts to assigned intelligence community issues* Experience with WMD , CBRN , nuclear, or counterproliferation issues and topics, includ ing threats, te chn ologies, and proliferation* Experience with performing independent and client-directed WMD CBRN te chn ical analysis, multi-source intelligence analysis, research and development efforts, te chn ical collection concepts, analysis reports, and product development for WMD topics within the DoD or IC* Ability to write, research, edit, plan, and publish detailed CBRN te chn ical reports, products, or studies regarding focus areas, interface with industry, academia, intelligence community partners, the DoD, and national labs for CBRN issues* Ability to develop procedures and tradecraft for more junior personnel* Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam * Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or Science and 6 years of experience with creating WMD intelligence analysis reports or Master''s degree in Engineering or Science and 4 years of experience with creating WMD intelligence analysis reports Nice If You Have: * Experience in project management within the DoD or IC* Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive 203* Knowledge of IC and DIA analytical tradecraft and standards, writing standards, and finished analytical products* Ph.D. degree in Engineering or Science and 10+ years of experience with creating WMD reports Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS / SCI clearance is required.
