Job Summary: Our Red Hat Linux System Administrator (Full-time Remote/Telework Position) will provide system administration services for U.S. Coast Guard, Command Control Communication Computers Cyber Intelligence Service Center''s (C5ISC) Coast Guard One View (CG1V)project. Responsibilities: * Installation, configuration, and upgrading of Red Hat Linux operating systems, Windows Servers and VMware suite of products. * Apply DISA STIGs, implementation of security configurations to meet the DHS/CG guidelines for secure operating.* systems supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) and system certification and accreditation (C&A). * Develop installation and integration guides, software descriptions.* Provide system integration, engineering-level testing, database administration, scripting, and widget integration services. * Manage network devices, e.g., routers, switches, SANs and storage arrays.* Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum High School Diploma/GED.* Minimum 4 years systems administration experience.* Experience with Red Hat Linux, VMWare, Apache Httpd, and Tomcat.* Minimum Interim Secret Clearance.* Current/Unexpired CompTIA Security + CE Certification.* Current/Unexpired Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or willingness to obtain with 90 days of employment..Desired Qualifications: * Active Secret Clearance. * Prior USCG C4IT experience. * Network Management of Routers, Switches and Storage Arrays. Work Environment and Physical Demands: Infrequent travel required (less than 5%); general office environment; considerable stress may occur at times; occasionallong hours; some lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds required..
