DirectViz Solutions, a high-level, strategic consulting services firm that meets mission IT needs for government clients. We have an opening for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect for a new opportunity. This position is remote and requires an active Secret clearance. Primary Responsibilities: Solution Development, Delivery Management & Pre-Sales Support * Work closely and collaborate with Executive Stakeholders, Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions to Federal customers * Lead complex ServiceNow deployments aligned to Industry best practices * Translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work packages * Interact with various architectures, platforms, applications, and infrastructure teams to understand and design solutions * Implement ServiceNow customizations, configurations, and dashboards to support the delivery process * Support sales team analysis and qualification of opportunities against DVS capabilities * Develop network of trusted industry partners to bring comprehensive solutions to customer problems and requirements * Represent DVS at industry events and through social media presence * Support development and evolution of ServiceNow practice strategy * Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers * Support proposals and statements of work for solutions * Contribute to the success of other team members * Continue professional development Qualifications Required Qualifications: * This position may require some travel in the US. * Bachelor''s degree or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education * 10 years of Information Technology experience * Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform * Minimum of 8 years overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management; At least 6 years of experience with ServiceNow * Experience leading large complex programs for ServiceNow Implementations (ITSM/ITBM/ITOM) using agile methodology is preferred * Provide functional expertise; act as product advocate to lead implementation of ITIL processes within ServiceNow platform * Assists in development of project estimates, contributes to defining project timelines, project plans and milestones * Develops or contributes to development of high-level designs, detail designs, code, and test plans and results * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business * Experience leading a geographically separated customer and onshore/offshore teams * Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organizations and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, KM, App Engine and SAM modules * Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts and ITIL implementation * Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist * Experience with integration ServiceNow applications with third party tools or applications, including cloud applications (Azure, AWS, etc.) * Experience in setting-up data-feeds and dashboards. * Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment * Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel * Planning and Co-ordination skills * Good Communication and Analytical skills * Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), ServiceNow Suite Certification - ITSM Professional, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL Specialist CDS, Security+ Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites.
