YOUR ROLE:As a NOVUS Glass Installer and Outside Sales Professional, you will be repairing or replacing auto glass in customer vehicles to manufacturer(s) and NGA standards. Additionally, this work should be done in a professional manner constantly upholding the standards of NOVUS Glass and Smart Motors. This role also has the responsibility of building NOVUS Glass - a division of Smart Motors business by developing positive relationships with automotive marketplace retailers, consumers, agents, and manufacturers. You will accurately advise customers regarding the reality of glass repair and replacement. You will be standing 50-75% of the time including squatting, lifting, and crouching.
