Responsibilities: Lead and Drive effort to develop, validate and release Production Test for Gas Sensing products to ultra-high volume production with highest quality Work with Development team to support Engineering / Development phase of Product development Work with Development to modify Engineering Test Solution for a High Volume Mass production environment. Characterize new product, Test HW and Test Methodology for new gas sensing architecture/platform Develop reliability and Qualification Test solutions for Gas Sensors Perform wafer sort and final test yield analyses and drive corrective actions. Perform testing per customer-specific requirements Support Reliability Team in new product qualification and failure analysis Understand microcontroller, mixed-signal, sensor, and their interactions. Required Qualifications: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent 7-10 yrs of Production Test Development Experience for non-standard products Experience in designing Tester HW and SW Experience in developing Test methodologies to efficiently test functionality of unique products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to debug and characterize analog systems using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc. SW programming knowledge in Python, C /C and DLL experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with bench testing equipment and test setup. Hands-on experience with semiconductor, mixed-signal, and MEMS testing Proficient in data collection, data analysis, and statistical analysis. Experience in resolving High Volume product manufacturing yield issues Preferred Qualifications: Fundamental knowledge of MEMS sensor (gyroscope, accelerometer, pressure sensor) technologies Experience in characterization of any of the following sensors: gyroscope, accelerometer, pressure sensor, PMUT, microphone or any other comparable physical sensor Experience in Test Methodologies for Gas Sensing products Experience in Developing a Characterization and Reliability suites for Gas Sensing products Experience in optimizing Engineering or Preprod testing solutions for High Volume MP Experience in developing and validating Test Methodologies Understanding of MEMS fabrication processes. Fluency in Data analysis tools like MATLAB, Excel, JMP Ability and desire to learn new technologies.
