OverviewThis position is eligible for a $2500 Sign On Bonus!Starting wage of $33.07/hour and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employment!Additional pay when working evening shifts!We are looking for a RN/Nurse. This nursing role would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the assisted living/memory care residents are met. Come join our team of dedicated employees who share in our mission to help our seniors heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful lives.Responsibilities/Job DescriptionMaintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health statusImplements new and updates current resident care planCoordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as neededManages and oversees timely and accurate medication and treatment administrationActs as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled timesMonitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staffQualificationsRequired:Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:Work experience in a health care settingGood written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providersAbility to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
