An Identity & Access Management Governance Manager is responsible for serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for access management provisioning and governing needs across the organization and its entities. This role will advise and consult organizational business and IT teams and leaders on access management provisioning and governing solutions based on corporate standards and industry trends in alignment with policies and regulatory obligations. The selected candidate will promote adoption of corporate access management capabilities as well as influence implementation of automated control standards. You will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Eden Prairie, MN preferred. EIS Primary Responsibilities: Define, review, and maintain ownership of enterprise Access Management policies and control standards Act in a strategic capacity as the most senior technical expert for all Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies, tools and processes across the organization for both on-prem and cloud-based solutions Design, configure, and influence adoption of access management concepts and solutions based on industry best practices Direct IAM teams in investigation and resolution of complex privacy, security, and access management problems Provide input to the IAM capability roadmap and strategy Align with Privileged Access and Identity Management (PAM/PIM) activities Serve as a Team Lead and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application security access provisioning solutions Work with Business as well as IT teams to gather information necessary to determine the appropriate method for access provisioning and influence the adoption of our centralized access management provisioning and governing capabilities across the organization and Acquired Entities (A/Es) You''ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) access provisioning and governance experience 3+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience with provisioning and governing tools such as SailPoint''s IdentityIQ (IIQ), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), CA Identity Manager, or equivalent tool experience 2+ years of Governance and Risk Management experience Preferred Qualifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification Relational database experience Project Management experience Healthcare Industry experience Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Visio Proficiency with MS SharePoint Working knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to host in-person as well as teleconference meetings Self-motivated with critical thinking abilities Excellent verbal as well as written executive communication and presentation skills Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
