Physical Therapist- Rehab Services- PRN

Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patient''s progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.Education:Graduate from an accredited school with a degree in Physical Therapy.Experience:One or more years of experience preferred. New graduates eligible and encouraged to apply.Licenses/Certificates:Must possess and maintain a current State of Illinois Physical Therapist license. Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire.
