OBJECTIVE / PURPOSELead CULA marketing and communications for the US marketThis is a key role within the CULA Executive Team and is the lead to build and execute plans to for the customer journey demand generation for direct channels. This position leads the development and delivery of the marketing strategy. This position also manages agency resources and creates and executes the strategy for events, mobile/website, digital assets and content, social media, and brand reputation management. This person is also responsible for marketing budget.Essential Responsibilities and Duties include:Significant, hands-on, content marketing development and buyer''s journey planningWebsite management, event management, content creation, digital marketing, customer relationship management, public relations, and brand managementOversee the management of the CULA brand Marketing budget management and planningDevelopment and delivery of marketing strategy and tactics, including:Website optimization (e.g. Web content maintenance, on-page / off-page SEO)Customer database engagement and reengagementSocial media activityPartnerships and eventsLead market direction, customer and product focusDevelop and build relationships with agencies and contractors as and where required (e.g. Web, Events, content)Monitoring competitor strategy and industry trendsContribute to the development of business strategies for CULAContinuously collect insights on customers and prospectsOversee the management of conferencesDirect the digital content development for all channels and buyer phasesAct as the Salesforce and digital platform administratorManage CULA''s content library and imagery repositoryLarge-scale website projects or upgradesMarketing automation toolsProduct marketing collateral for websites and sales teamsCurrent client communication processesBrand guidelinesOther duties as requiredQualifications:Excellent, verbal and written, internal and external communication skillsExperience in the auto finance, credit union and vehicle lease industries are a plus. Experience in the financial technology markets is desired.A passion for creating innovative solutions and working closely with business development to define and deliver them.Extensive experience gathering feedback, analyzing it, and prioritizing it. Demonstrate you can execute on this feedback effectively and efficiently.A fantastic ability to listen to our customers; understanding what they really need, not just what they say they want.A quantitative, data-supported approach to making decisions, but know how to rely on your intuition when the data set is incomplete.Experience presenting to executive leadershipProven ability to deliver on commitments.Ability to influence our team and work autonomously.Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel and project management applications.Some travel is required (up to 15%), mostly to conferences.Bachelor''s degree with a quantitative emphasis is required.
