Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate caregivers to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. We have need for Caregivers that are available to work short- shifts and stacked- shifts, both weekends and weekdays. ResponsibilitiesProvide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eatingRemind clients to take prescribed medication Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor''s appointments, walks etc.)Assist with personal care and hygienePlan and prepare mealsComplete client''s shopping or accompany them to successfully do soPerform housekeeping dutiesReport any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyOffer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessaryQualificationsEnjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skillsAbility to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodationsValid driver''s license and reliable transportation every single dayValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerPrior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year) is preferredWillingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateHigh School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a CaregiverTake pride in providing high quality careHoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)Benefits of working with Hired Hands Homecare:Average pay rate of $18-$21/per hourFlexible Schedules!We have short shifts and stacked shifts, perfect for new caregivers!We have 4, 8, 10, 12 & 24 hour shifts!We have weekday shifts and weekend shifts!Hourly Pay With Overtime!PAID Sick and Vacation days.401k. with company contributions!Weekly Pay & Direct DepositPAID Training - Initial and OngoingPPE Provided - gloves and masks for all Caregivers - keeping you safe is a priority for Hired Hands!Supportive & Caring Management TeamWe learn about who you are, and what sort of Client would best fit you, your skills & your availability.
