Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. On this team, you''ll have the opportunity to create and develop advanced technology capabilities in the areas of advanced electronics, autonomy, cyber, electronic warfare, and sensors and processing. BAE Systems FAST LabsTM is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with interest and experience in leading teams supporting fast paced technology demonstration programs across the RF, EW and Cyber domains. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting field testing, should also be willing to lead cross-functional teams, and is proficient in Digital Signal Processing. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * MUST have an active or current DoD Top Secret security clearance* Proficiency with MATLAB and C++ in support of Digital Signal Processing* Have demonstrable experience leading cross-functional teams* Proficiency with development of electronic warfare systems throughout the systems life cycle.
