As the Rates and Forms (supervisor you will manage, train, and lead your dedicated staff in making a positive impact on the people of this position you will play an important role in our Market Oversight Bureau (protecting the citizens of Idaho by making sure insurance companies'' contracts, rate structures and plans are in compliance, and in language which is fair and protects consumers. Move easily between big picture thinking and analyzing relevant details in insurance contracts to ensure compliance and to recommend changes. Communicate clearly with interested parties regarding Idaho laws and regulations to effectively explain contract language or rate structure concerns, and agency decisions. Facilitate building relationships of trust with team members, insurance company staff, and other stakeholders. Supervise section by leading, training, engaging team members, and managing the sections budget.Minimum QualificationsExperience using computer applications software for writing, collecting data and generating reports.MQ Specialties: Rate and Contract Analysis -Considerable knowledge of insurance contracts and coverages regarding property, casualty, health, life and/or disability.
