ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:The Product Manager is tasked with partnering with Univision Ad Sales teams and Agency/Advertiser teams to ideate, develop and manage advanced advertising solutions and capabilities. Core areas of focus will include audience targeting, attribution-based media planning, cross platform optimization, advanced ad formats, and general media optimization. A successful candidate will be able to gather feedback from the marketplace and identify key client needs and white space related to advanced adverting capabilities. The Product Manager will work with key partners across operations, technology, data, and sales to identify potential solutions. The role will be able to take the idea from concept to launch and manage through the entire product life cycle. This role will be based in NY and report to the head of Advanced Advertising Products (part of Univisions Ad Sales division). YOUR DAY-DAY:Work with Product leadership on prioritizing and maintaining Univision roadmap in alignment with our strategic vision Support documentation of narratives, user journeys, and workflows for new upcoming featuresCollect feedback directly from customers and translate into concise, well-written instructions for developers Speak the language of the engineering, design, data science and go-to-market functions to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives Engage closely with the engineering team and our customers to determine the best product implementations Supports authoring of product requirements and user stories Ensures documentation of product requirements & client facing materials are accounted for and up to date Manage the release schedule of new product releases QA and UAT new product features prior to releaseYOU HAVE:Minimum of 3 years of media-related experience working in a client-facing role within a media company, advertising agency, and the likeBachelors degree or equivalent experienceExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines with multiple dependenciesExcellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with meticulous attention to detail Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cross functionally with internal technology and data teamsKnowledge of data, analytics and technology related to advertising ecosystemExperience with audience-based targeting across linear and digitalA fast-learning curve, with the ability to understand our customers needs on both a business and technical level OUR BENEFITS:TelevisaUnivision believes that a happy, well-balanced employee is what makes our culture thrive.
