Together, we will become the world''s leading cancer reference laboratory.As a Project Manager you will be responsible for assigned activities of NeoGenomics Laboratories related to projects sponsored by biopharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic testing companies. This person provides coordination and support to internal and external teams in the function of all project activities. The Project Manager serves as the supervisor of project deliverables including but not limited to; pre-initiation planning, management of the sample receipt, data collection, data monitoring and reporting and all associated project tasks.Responsibilities:Drive all aspects of the project management process from planning, initiation, execution, control and closure; run all projects dedicatedly.Responsible for building and maintaining project timelines for each project and uses these timelines to track and lead a project''s progressInform all groups of deliverables and timelines, project developments and insures completion according to stated timelinesReport and review metrics for project performance and quality with the team and managementReview current standard operating procedures and business practices, make recommendations to improve processes and ensure implementation of agreed upon process improvementsWork with external and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely acquisition and distribution of samples, testing, collection and delivery of data to all impacted teamsAssist R&D team with preparation or review of new research protocols, data reports and protocol revisions.Familiarity with CAP/CLIA requirementsExperience & Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor''s degree or Master''s degree in life or physical scienceExperience: We require 5+ years of clinical trial project managementSuperior customer relationship and effective communication skillsDemonstrate understanding of clinical trials projects and laboratory techniquesAbility to develop and deliver complex directions and project plansDetail oriented with ability to collect, record, and report complex project information accuratelyAdvanced social skills sufficient for developing complex, dynamic relationships with a diverse variety of individuals representing a broad cross section of cultures, disciplines and levels of sophisticationDemonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and be a positive teammate across diverse organizationsAbility to solve problems independently and advance problems appropriately in a timely mannerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.
