Join us!Stoneridge Software seeks a highly motivated, assertive and client centric Senior Project Managertojoin our growing Project Management team to lead Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM / Power Platform implementations.The Senior Project Manager is responsible for making the most efficient use of resources on the implementation, defining and managing quality of deliverables, managing communications, project plans, budget, escalation process, and change control.The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation and related projects, and ensure that the scope, resources and budget constraints are balanced. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for creating the project management plan and ensuring that the team is executing to the plan to complete the project successfully by achieving the project goals within the established scope, schedule, budget, and quality, with a high degree of customer satisfaction.This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).A Day in the LifeLead and manage successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM / Power Platform projectsProject planning and execution, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, and developing and delivering effective communicationProvide excellent service and build ongoing relationships with clientsProvide guidance and support to your project teamsWork with the sales team to identify and cultivate opportunities and provide direction during the sales cycleDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support our client''s business goalsUnderstand client''s resource capabilities and constraints, and adjust the project plan accordinglyDevelop and deliver project activities including scheduling, resourcing, backlog management, and proposal developmentManage team activities and project dependencies to ensure on time project deliverablesOrganize and facilitate steering committee meetings, project planning meetings, and recurring team meetingsLead and ensure the delivery team is practicing the Stoneridge Software implementation methodology including continuous improvement activitiesManage issues and escalations on projectsPlan and schedule consultants'' work and negotiating resolution to resourcing conflictsWork collaboratively with project teams and clients, including traveling to their locationsSet aside time for self-development by attending training or self-learning on key subjectsPreferred QualificationsProven experience leading at least two (2) successful full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CE Implementations2-3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE or CRM platformGreat leadership and communication skills4+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and project lifecycle executionPMP or CAPMdesignation preferredBachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related fieldStrong technical aptitudeSolid interpersonal skills, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and outside StoneridgeAbility to work primarily independently and concurrently manage multiple projectsAbility to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the teamAbility to communicate effectively in both spoken and written EnglishTravel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.Health and WellnessMedical and dental Insurance (premiums for employees and dependents paid for by the company)Vision insurance401(k) matching contribution program (US) or RRSP Benefits (Canada)Life insuranceDisability BenefitsPaid parental leavePaid flexible time offPaid sick time (US) or floater days (Canada)Paid holidaysFlexible work schedulesMobile/internet reimbursementEmployee and family assistance programLearning and development allowanceEmployer charitable contributionSocial wellness clubsProfessional coachingPaid business mileageHSA contribution (US Only)We live and breathe our core values:Integrity | Technical Excellence | Tenacity | Client Centric | Enjoy Our WorkThey are the fabric of our company and a reflection of our organizational culture.
