This role involves level 1 and level 2 support for end users and systems. ResponsibilitiesProvide level 1 and 2 issue resolution, escalation, and reporting of hardware and software incidents.Perform security access requests.Assists network/system administrators in support of servers, network and other devices.Participate in IT projects.Provide desktop support for both Windows and MAC platforms.
