ServiceSource is an organization of talented people who drive innovation, embrace change, and serve humanity.Job SummaryThis position will have a hybrid telework and in-person arrangement with a preference for the candidate being local to the Oakton, VA headquarters, but candidates can be located in any of the other regions where we have offices: Wilmington, DE; Fayetteville, NC; Clearfield, UT; and Clearwater, municate to targeted audiences with creative content, thought leadership and valued information to increase support, funding and impact of our mission of inclusion for people with disabilities.Primary DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.Develop and implement a broad organizational communications strategy that encompasses content creation, community engagement, digital and print media and socialCommunicate a variety of messages both internally and externally across multiple platforms. Manage content development processes across all regional offices and a variety of media. Develop materials to include Annual Report, e-news, printed material, press releases and anize staff and community events in collaboration with community partners to increase the impact of our mission. Support the organization with fundraising and program development.Maintain and build media partnerships helping to shift the disability narrative and resulting in increased visibility and impact. Work with promotional partners to ensure ethical representation of the disability experience as well as adherence to organizational branding and standards.Support ongoing ServiceSource website content development interfacing with other departments and vendors. Support increased utility and usage of the employee intranetAdditional ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing communications support to the ServiceSource organization, to include Virginia Regional Office, Florida Regional Office, North Carolina Regional Office, and Delaware Regional Office. Through the use of SharePoint, lead efforts to fully implement branded communications across all regional offices and within all communications materials to include Executive Presentation, ServiceSource Foundation documents, marketing collaterals. Support Network staff for various communications functions, i.e., develop and print flyers, order promotional items, lay-out of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, etc.Help design and implement organizational initiatives relating to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.Collect analytics and feedback, and use them to inform outreach strategies and improve processes.Promote consistent branding and messaging for the organization.Support standardization and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures.Support production and direction of organizational terface with consultants and vendors for design, website accessibility and printing.Design and implement creative advertising and promotional strategies to increase the impact of our mission.Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred and demonstrated experience in managing communications required.Excellent writing, grammar, editing, copywriting and content development skills, technological proficiency, graphics capability, communication, and interpersonal skills required.MS Office, WordPress, Elementor, Constant Contact, Canva, Industry Weapon, HootSuite, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite and/or PhotoShop skills a plus. Knowledge of SEO, data analytics helpful.Valid driver''s license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR) required.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesCreative, analytical and intellectually curious storyteller with an interest in sharing the stories of those with lived experience of disabilityOrganized self-starter with initiative, drive and energy. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail.Outgoing, customer service-oriented relationship-builder for this purpose-driven workplace. Has excellent organizational, written, editing, proofreading and grammatical skills as well as graphics and communication skills. Detail-oriented with research and analytical capability is needed. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams and be responsive to requests is critical.Experience with government solicitations and proposals a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word (advanced level preferred), Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, Visio and/or SharePoint.
