Enterprise Architect with Security Clearance

We are seeking candidates for an Enterprise Architect to support a Federal client in Arlington, VA. We are looking for candidates to fill one of the key roles to enable the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Chief Information Officer (CIO) to deliver operational excellence in the day-to-day operation of ONR''s IT Enterprise. The Enterprise Architect will be instrumental in the ability to deliver stable and efficient operation of ONR''s IT services and supporting infrastructure is a critical enabler of ONR''s scientific research mission. Position Duties and Tasks: • Display broad experience in the principles and practices of Cloud architectures• Develop and maintain system and enterprise architecture, providing expert, independent services and leadership in specialized technical areas, providing expertise on an as-needed basis to all task assignments, and providing expert advice and assistance in state of-the-art software/hardware• Leverage past experience maintaining the integrity and currency of all architecture documentation and work flows and providing advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development• Draw on experience architecting solutions using Amazon Web Services for ''cloud-scale,'' high availability, reliability, and security Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution in Enterprise Architecture, Computer Science, or an IT related field• Ten (10) years of overall experience in architecture design• Three (3) years'' experience in software engineering and IT architecture design and implementation• Five (5) years'' experience performing analysis and producing documentation revealing the interdependencies between processes, technologies, applications and data• Two (2) years'' experience developing and maintaining System and Enterprise Architecture (EA) views and supporting artifacts in support of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)• DoD Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification• Enterprise Architecture Certification • Current Secret clearance with SSBI
