The ideal candidate would have strong competencies in design, permitting, technical writing, regulatory compliance, and document preparation. Experience to include collaboration and coordination with senior staff and management, direction of support staff, selection and management of resources including staff and project materials, and client and regulatory agency interface regarding infrastructure needs, permit applications, and regulatory compliance. The position includes coordination of internal resources, some client relations, presentation preparation, and project management support. AutoCAD experience is required. This position will directly work with senior level staff to facilitate project completion, work with clients, and manage junior engineers (ultimately, but not immediately).
