Business Operation Cell Lead with Security Clearance

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION : ANSER is seeking a Business Operation Cell Lead to help a fast-paced and growing OSD organization oversee a team that researches and analyzes strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities within the global defense industrial base; recommends relevant prototyping efforts; crafts relevant acquisition documents; evaluates proposed efforts; monitors program execution; conducts outreach efforts; and conducts site visits and strategic communications operations as required. This business Lead will help the office with audit readiness, help shape a budget strategy to protect an exponentially expanding budget, prepare congressional responses and support liaising with Congress; and help prepare and implement program-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The person in this role will work onsite at the Mark Center in Falls Church, VA.
