We provide seniors with Long Term Care, Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care with supportive healthcare services.What We Need From YouAs a Assistant Director of Nursing /RN, You will provide daily clinical operations and direct nursing management for multiple units (2) in the facility to assure that each resident receives the necessary care and services in accordance with the resident''s comprehensive assessment and care plan. Plan, organize, develop, evaluate and direct clinical services of the units; quality assurance/quality control, policy and procedures, and regulatory compliance. Manages proper staffing levels. Direct and disseminates information to nursing staff. You will feel great knowing you do meaningful work helping residents and their families!Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; current Registered Nurse license/ RN in Nebraska or current compact state license required. A minimum of a BSN from an accredited school of nursing is preferred.3 years of leadership experience in nursing; 1 year experience as Lead or ADON - Long Term Care experience required.Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and co-workers.
