For a brief 1 minute video about us, you can check do we need?Technical analysts work on technical and technological solutions to support the business.Provide thought leadership to business, system and operational analysis and maintenance to sustain and maximize performance for digital operations working with internal and associated vendors. Act as Subject Matter Expert on development projects from inception to ensure the project design and implementation meets the application support policies. Perform analysis/research of system and operational capabilities and modifications based on desired requirements Develop necessary scope, requirements and technical specification documents to support small projects and break/fix. Assist in testing coordination, execution and sign-off of internal and external changes including vendor changes. Assist system users and support and delivery teams by analyzing and responding to system and operational inquiries and irregularities. Work closely with Business Product Owners and stakeholders to develop , refine and document functional user stories and acceptance criteriaBe the liaison between Line of Business and Technology teams to understand and translate business vision to user stories / expectationsParticipate in various workshops and product demos in order to understand industry trends, upcoming compliance changes and maintain knowledge of home lending originations technology and business trends and processing.
