OverviewPrimary Purpose: The Associate Digital Product Manager on the Digital Product & Operations Team will play a critical role in driving the execution of customer-focused digital features and functionality on the Brooks Brothers site. This person will support product delivery, backlogs/sprint planning, and user acceptance testing. This role will partner closely with other brand Product Managers, Digital Operations, Scrum Master, IT and UX in order to lead and manage project scope and development lifecycle. This role is extremely customer-focused and will rely heavily on VoC and friction analysis to clearly understand customer needs and to help develop the roadmap.It is exciting to mention this is a new and growing team at Sparc. This open position provides the opportunity to help drive the future vision, process and culture of this Product team. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Champion overall vision and objectives of SPARC Group.Supports the product and testing roadmap driven by company strategy and customer needs.Collaborates with Senior Product Manager on product roadmap deliverables including user personas, user journeys maps, product requirements and prioritized backlogsAdvocates for superior customer experience while managing functional scope and deadlines for product backlog itemsResponsible for daily management of backlog and balance between operational debt and new product functionalityManages daily triage processes for any operational tickets that are filtered into the team and works with the product manager to make tradeoff decisionsDefine and track metrics to assess success and failure of products, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals.Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve our user experience.Makes product decisions that are rooted in data-leveraging analytics, A/B testing experience analysis and an understanding of customer needs/trends.Collaborates with key business stakeholders including Brand Leaders, Digital Operations, IT, UX, Marketing, Merchandising and Creative to successfully roll-out product initiatives.Works with UX to define user experience concepts and components for the product or project.Leads by example helping to ensure company culture and strategic objectives are met.QualificationsQualifications:2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, data and analytics, project management, technology or a related field, or 1 year of product management experienceAn excellent communicator with positive attitude and a sense of humorAbility to collaborate and partner with individuals at all levels of the organization in a highly cross-functional environment.Experience with market research, competitive analysis, usability and A/B testing is a plus.Experience with SFCC platform and Jira/Confluence preferred is a plus.
