Take your next step with Saulsbury Industries!Quality Document Control Administrator Position Location: Port Allen, LAType: Project BasedJob Summary Must have experience in document or administrative management. Oil and Gas industry experience preferred. Must be able to manage a high-volume workload and work in a team, tracking, maintaining, client, vendor and NDE documents. Maintain efficient workflow of vendor and client documents. Must be able to identify delays or issues that interfere in workflow processes and report to supervisor. Responsibilities:Report to QA/QC Manager/SupervisorOrganizing Reports/documents as they come in & reviewing them for accuracy.Review all inspection reports/documents for accuracy and file into turnover dossiers per area.Welder Qualifications, WPS''s. File/upload and maintainWeld mapping utilizing blue beamUtilize a Tracking Data Base for tracking all disciplines.Build turnover dossiers: Civil/structural by area, piping by systems and I&E per direction of I&E inspector.Building Hydro packages identified by engineering.Maintain documents daily by inserting documents into turnover dossiers.Maintain code books, project specifications and regulations, per QC Manual and contractMaking NDE requestsReview NDE reports for accuracy and reports errors. Follow up on the reports to ensure corrections have been corrected.Auditing the dossiers & logs to identify errors & missing reportsUploading to QC ServerIdentify delays or issues that interfere with the workflow process and report to the Supervisor.Manage Saulsbury Engineering FTP site for required projectsRequirements: One to three years related experience.Minimum one year industry experience preferred. Ability to work with little supervision, self-starter & motivatedAbility to understand isometric drawings. (I.e., piping fitting, BOM, spec breaks)Well organized, attention to detail & good communications skillsAbility to prioritize, demonstrates initiative, and handles the pressure of multiple project group document requirements with tactAttention to detail, accurateComputer literate and competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Outlook requiredFamiliar with the types of equipment used in process plants - field or vendor experience a plusKnowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing & recordkeepingKnowledge of operation of standard office equipmentSolid communication skills, professional attitude, and works well and in harmony with othersSome overtime may be required with management approvalStrong organizational skills including alphabetization and numerical filingAbility to work independently and excellent time management skillsDocument Control / Turnover knowledgeAbility to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, and reach for extended periods of time
