Essential Duties and Responsibilities Senior SQL DBA/SharePoint Developer The Senior DBA/SharePoint Developer should be highly skilled in developing visually appealing and functional sites, pages, and web parts using government-provided SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 products to deliver on the customers SharePoint requirements. Develop graphic design solutions for the customer facing SharePoint sites design and branding Manage SharePoint permissions and create lists, document libraries, dashboards, forms, and complex automated tools and workflows Provide integration support with other Microsoft 365 applications, such as OneDrive, Teams, and Azure Migrate content from other legacy SharePoint and Teams systems Ensure solutions meet Section 508 requirements of accessibility compliance Create user guides Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain systems to ensure they are available and performing within the agreed to Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards Advise systems and network administrators on how to maintain the infrastructure to best optimize the SharePoint performance and security postures Develop SharePoint solutions utilizing the Power Platform tools Required Skills and Experience Strong analytical and communications skills Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL, and SharePoint Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) Strong organizational skills An ability to travel to customer sites to meet with the customer Required experience 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft SQL databases and developing SharePoint Solutions using the Power Platform suite of tools Formal Education Bachelors degree strongly preferred Citizenship Requirement U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity Security Clearance Requirements Possess or be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance CRITICAL NOTES: SSG will not make assumptions regarding your qualifications.
