Senior Catering Manager

In a peaceful setting only 10 miles from O''Hare International Airport and 19 miles from downtown Chicago, the Hilton Northbrook a 248 room property with 20,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space located in the prestigious northern suburban area of Chicago is searching for a highly motivated Senior Catering Sales Manager The Senior Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing catering events that would positively impact the hotel revenues. The Senior Catering Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing events. Conduct site visits of the hotel and banquet rooms, maintain strong customer relationships, participate and may lead event meetings and other staff meetings, and work as a team member with the sales and catering staff. The Senior Catering Sales Manager also works closely with an assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff.
