The development lead will be expected to enforce the rules and strategies defined in partnership with the technical architect and technical product owner. The development lead is expected to have extensive experience in software development as well as responsible for implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management and support the end-to-end release process. As the Technical Lead/ Senior Developer, this position will be expected to split their time with approximately 20% dedicated to development work, 40% spent managing the development process(DevOps & CI/CD) and 40% overseeing/reviewing the work or junior developers, admins and QAs.
