Telephone Operator- SIGN ON BONUS

We are currently looking for Full Time Telephone Operators for our 5 Star Hotel. We are currently offering $500 SIGN ON BONUS Coordinate guest services by providing prompt service for bell & valet requests, also support front desk processes. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Act as dispatch for security, guest services, tram service, housekeeping and property operations employees. Provide timely information via the radio system in response to guest requests. - Promptly answer the telephone calls, speaking English, greet callers with a positive and clear voice. Listen attentively to the caller to ascertain the purpose of the call to ensure connection to another department is accurate. - Accurately transcribe messages as requested. Input and retrieve those messages when asked, reading and verbally reciting message for the guest. - Receive wake-up call requests, accurately putting requested time into the automated system and confirming times with the guest. - Answer basic questions regarding the resort, amenities and operations to prevent unnecessary transfers. - Be responsive to guest requests and complete log sheet(s) as appropriate.
