DoD Enterprise IT Analyst/STANAG Staff Analyst (Senior)R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. R&K has the opportunity to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in direct support of various DoD and Air Force (AF) Headquarters (HQ). This effort is to secure program support, professional services, engineering technical services that improve policy making, decision-making, management, administration, program management, or research and development activities for the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD(I&S), Secretary of the AF for Acquisitions (SAF/AQ), HQ AF Intelligence Directorate (A2), and elements within the Air Combat Command (ACC). The contract will provide Air Force enterprise Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) subject matter expertise related to platform, sensor, and communications infrastructure, with focus on the system and AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) enterprise architecture, CONOPs, policy, future technologies, STANAG 4575, analysis, facilitation and communication of evolving governance, standards, programmatic, and technical developments affecting the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) and Support to the Enterprise Program Elements. The R&K Team is seeking a highly qualified full-time Senior Level DoD Enterprise IT Analyst and (Standardized Agreement) STANAG Staff Analyst. Title: DoD Enterprise IT Analyst/STANAG Staff Analyst (Senior, Level III)Location: Arlington, VADuration: Permanent/ Full-TimeClearance: TS/SCI Clearance RequiredStart Date: 5 June 2022Duties: The successful candidate shall: * Perform work that meaningfully contributes to mature leadership strategic plan. * Apply technology and operations and suggest improvements for technical insertion and modernization strategies.* Provide technical expertise for analysis of alternatives between various systems.* Provide systems architecture vision for planning purposes.* Adapt current systems to support future missions.* Conduct impact analysis and implementation solution of major projects including system upgrades and design improvements/modifications.* Provide requirement support to identify deficiencies and solutions.* Provide professional services in the application of advanced geospatial intelligence theories, concepts, principles, and processes to the development of ground and airborne ISR systems, their interoperability in the Joint and NATO environments. * Applies expert knowledge and mastery of advanced theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods to ensure assigned work remains consistent with program objectives, costs, schedules, performance criteria, and existing policies.* Works with Government and Contractor personnel to oversee STANAG-related work performed by private industry, such as design, analysis and testing of STANAG systems and subsystems. Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA): Candidate must have the following qualifications: 1. Possess the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in DoD Enterprise IT Analysis and STANAG Staff Analysis with demonstrated ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel. 2. The candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in the area of DoD Enterprise IT Analysis and STANAG Staff Analysis. 3. Candidate must meet one of the following requirements:a. Master''s Degree and twelve (12) years experience in DoD Enterprise IT Analysis and STANAG Staff Analysis, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD or,b. Bachelor''s Degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in DoD Enterprise IT Analysis and STANAG Staff Analysis, five (5) of which must be in the DoD or, c. Twenty (20) years experience in DoD Enterprise IT Analysis and STANAG Staff Analysis, Eight (8) of which must be in the DoD. 4. 10 years in technical leadership for DoD or IC Systems Program Office experience in Government IT strategy, projects, and programs. Able to develop new ideas, develop strategic relationships and be able to demonstrate understanding of both DoD and IC organization and related system architectures; Experience designing horizontally scalable services and capabilities 5.
