Our diverse inventory of 400 vacation residences ranges from traditionally-sized hotel rooms to 5-bedroom accommodations. Guests can choose from an array of modest to luxurious lodging located slope-side to the Snowmass Ski Area, and within walking distance to Snowmass Club golf course. Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You''ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.
