Job Type Full-time, Full-time Description Dynamis is seeking a Junior Analyst to provide SharePoint services and acquisition program management support for a large Government client in Arlington, Virginia. This support will include practical and strategic acquisition and program management support, maintenance of the organization''s SharePoint site, ad development and configuration management of documentation, support to procurement efforts. A successful candidate will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities * Provide full time support to assist the Program Manager / Deputy Program Manager for all acquisition documentation and meeting management activities.* Maintain the Program SharePoint site with relevant program documentation, briefings, information and decision papers, and meeting minutes. The site shall maintain appropriate access controls for data and employ version tracking.* Update the Program SharePoint site with new dashboards, workflows and collaboration pages to support development and real-time customized program reporting. The site shall maintain appropriate access controls for data and employ version tracking. Collaboration pages at a minimum shall provide calendars, task lists, and document libraries. Additional pages may contain schedules, milestone tracking, financial information, workflows, forms, and statistical reporting graphics as needed by the PMC.* Establish and maintain a disciplined acquisition and program management approach in compliance Acquisition Lifecycle Framework policies and directives.* Develop and review of key acquisition program documents.* Monitor the development of required acquisition program management documentation for the Program.* Provide a weekly update on percent complete for each document and coordinate with program scheduler to update the Integrated Master Schedule.* Develop a strategy and designing an external information portal which can be accessed by customers and stakeholders within and external to DHS.* Maintain configuration management of acquisition management documents throughout their development lifecycle.* Coordinate with the Component Acquisition Executive (CAE) office staff and Chief Information Office (CIO) staff on acquisition and program management policy, governance, and risk analysis* Coordinate with CIO and CAE staff in scheduling Acquisition Decision Events and Systems Engineering Life Cycle reviews.* Participate in program review boards at all levels and assist in the preparation of a wide range of substantive oral and written presentations and reports to senior official within and outside of federal agency.* Analyze, execute and manage the data input into the following acquisition reporting systems/reports: Next Generation Periodic Reporting System (nPRS), monthly Investment Management System (IMS), Quarterly Program Assessment Report (QPAR), Comprehensive Acquisition Status Report (CASR), and CIO health assessments in order to meet agency requirements.* Provide procurement support for the planning and execution of the Program.* Participate in working groups for the development of contract strategies.* Prepare procurement briefings, PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes, reports and other materials.* Create and update procurement packages to ensure they contain all required documents to meet the government client''s requirements.* Prepare the Procurement Requests using the contract package process and PRISM.* Respond to OPO''s inquiries regarding the documentation and provide updates as needed.* Provide full time support to assist the Project Manager(s) for all project level documentation and meeting activities. Meeting support shall include collecting and collating team deliverables; development, staffing and filing of agendas, meeting minutes, and action items; action item follow-up; risk development, submission, and updates; and hosting of visual presentations via Adobe Connect. All documentation shall be staffed and maintained in designated Project SharePoint sites.* Support the Project Manager(s) in the staffing of System Integrator deliverables for review, collection, and compilation of comments, tracking of project milestones, tracking of daily project management tasks and reporting, tracking of Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) documentation development and reviews and collaboration with Program level support to ensure alignment with Program activities. All documentation shall be staffed and maintained in designated SharePoint Project sites.* Support Project Manager(s) to establish and maintain a disciplined project management approaches in compliance with DHS Acquisition Lifecycle Framework policies and directives.* Assist the Project Manager(s) in the development and review of key project documents. Requirements * Must be a U.S. citizen* Ability to obtain DHS Suitability* Be on client site in Arlington, VA 2-3 times a week* Bachelor''s Degree * SharePoint analyst/administrator experience essential* Program Management and/or Federal Acquisition experience* 5+ Years of Experience in a similar field* Microsoft Office Suite of ProductsIn accordance with the Executive Order on Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, Dynamis, Inc is adopting a mandatory policy for all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
