Learn more at . Overview of Job Function: The Strategic Services Implementation Manager is responsible for the delivery of software implementations and related projects within client organizations. The Strategic Services, Implementation Manager holds a primary role in establishing a strong relationship with clients and must have exemplary personal skills as well as strong business acumen in order to manage large and complex implementation projects. This role interacts with many different members of the client''s team to understand the technical and business challenges clients face and develop and execute plans that ensure successful project outcomes. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Lead delivery of implementations of our enterprise software solutions or related projects. Act as a primary point of contact with stakeholders for problem resolution and to drive timely decisions. Serve as the primary point of contact for project and product configuration decisions, and technical and delivery challenges. Work directly with clients to assess their needs, discuss data requirements, and develop product configuration strategies and implementation approaches. Confidently guide clients on implementation and business decisions and discuss best practices throughout the project. Lead data integration and model design discussions with clients and update documentation based upon decisions. Construct detailed project plans with key tasks and milestones, and track project time to ensure efficient and on schedule delivery is achieved. Ensure project stays within scope and in accordance with contractual obligations. Lead project team meetings and direct cross-functional teams to make effective and timely decisions and achieve project deliverables. Ensure client and team satisfaction on the project. Manage project communication and expectations with all client stakeholders in order to prevent project issues. Foresee potential business or technical issues within the project and address them before they become problems. Escalate issues within client teams and internally when appropriate. Conduct detailed analysis on workforce management model results, prepare presentations of the results, and deliver the results to client stakeholders at all levels. Mentor technical implementation consultants during projects by reviewing their work and software model output in detail. Provide specific direction on how to modify data integration packages or model configuration to achieve desired outcomes. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, and/or a related analytical field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a client-facing software project management or software implementation consulting role Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project) Background experience working with enterprise software applications Ability to manage software projects that are complex, with multiple workstreams Ability to oversee and review the work of all project team members and provide specific corrective action when necessary Ability to understand and document data integration requirements Strong client relationship, project management, and team management skills Excellent interpersonal, influencing and collaboration skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and inclination for continuous improvement Proficient at synthesizing diverse and complex needs and communicating them effectively to all levels of the organization Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to all levels of an organization, including technical, business, and executive parties Travel up to 25% of the time The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations Preferred Requirements: Prior experience in Business Consulting Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) Prior experience working within the Retail Banking sector with an understanding of retail bank branch operations Strong technology background and technical experience working with enterprise software applications Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis or modeling approaches Fluent in at least one procedural, object-oriented, or query language (e.g. SQL) LI-BS1
