Executive Business Partner / Sr. Executive AssistantGeneral InformationRef :20220029082Travel Amount Required:NoneJob Type:Regular-Full TimeLocation:Boston - Massachusetts - United States, Chelmsford - Massachusetts - United States, Lowell - Massachusetts - United States, Waltham - Massachusetts - United StatesDescription & QualificationsDescriptionThe EPIC (Engineering, Product, Innovation, Cloud) Executive Business Partner (EBP) / Sr. Executive Assistant will interface daily with senior leadership across several functional organizations and value streams, in addition to fully supporting the daily operations of a senior executive.The EBP will perform a variety of administrative functions across the EPIC organization, most notably to include comprehensive value-driven executive support to a senior GVP or VP, serving as a strategic thought partner and driving upon key programmatic initiatives for that leader.The EBP is expected to build outstanding relationships and connections across the organization at all levels and develop a deep understanding of organizational initiatives and strategic intent to best deliver value and support.The EBP is accustomed to handling highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and contributes to a culture of accountability.This is a hybrid position requiring to come to the Corporate HQ in Lowell, MA 2-3x per week.Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive administrative support to a GVP or VP to include effectively managing the time, schedules, workflow, and activities of the respective GVP or VPs office to ensure successful and efficient operation; schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and conference calls; prepares all necessary materials for meetings, staying several steps ahead to maintain efficiency; provides travel support, both domestic and international, and oversees related logistics. Understands preferences of supported leader, proactively troubleshooting and resolving calendar and travel conflicts that could impact the executives schedule and time. Tracking and helping to drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items Serving as a business partner ensuring proactive, and thoughtful support of the businesss strategic intent Strives to understand the structure of the organization and develops a strong network across departments; draws on network to answer questions, solve problems, and successfully execute responsibilities. Empowered to provide support to our EPIC team(s) while reinforcing operational efficiencies by directing teams to the appropriate resources.QualificationsQualifications: 3+ years of administrative support to a VP or Director-level executive Previous Experience with Concur, Egencia and SharePoint a plus Attention to details with strong planning and project management capabilities and event planning experience Ability to problem solve with a high sense of urgency Strong customer-focus and service skills High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations for external and internal audiences and manage complex scheduling and room reservations in Outlook Team player: collaborative, seeks input, accepts, and incorporates feedback from others and freely offers assistance Thinks ahead not just in the moment anticipating the needs of the department weeks, months, and quarters ahead Timely, consistent, reliable, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.LI-POSTLI-HybridCompany OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
