Project Schedule Engineer with Security Clearance

Location: Bedford, MA Education Required: Bachelor''s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences. Skills Required: The Battle Control Systems (BCS) Program Office, Digital Directorate (formally known as Battle Management Directorate) located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA has an exciting opportunity for a Project Schedule Engineer: * Extensive Microsoft Project Server experience is required * Must be capable of leading and executing tasks associated with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) planning, development, execution and analysis for complex weapon systems * Demonstrated experience supporting and interacting daily with high level officials and ability to deliver products successfully in a fast paced environment on demand * Minimum of 5+ years'' Department of Defense (DoD) experience is preferred * Active DoD Secret security clearance is required Responsibilities: As the Project Schedule Engineer you will: * Create and maintain Program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project Professional * Plan, coordinate and visualize all significant program activities and schedules developed and maintained within Division Programs * Analyze trends, develop reports, facilitate communication and provide feedback on contractor performance * Integrate the work of Government and contractor tasks and activities into a critical path schedule in a fast-paced, real time environment * Provide critical path impact analysis and recommend conflict resolution actions as required to the the Government Program Manager * ndentify and forecast scheduling trends and provide recommendations to mitigate risks to program schedule * Develop and provide project status presentations to the Division senior leadership
