PROJECT: Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders, and information technology (IT) support. RESPONSIBLITIES: Parsons is seeking a Project Manager to perform the following: * Review and Upload the Facility Conditions Assessment (FCA) Team work product into Maximo.* Promote technical and commercial excellence on the program through the application and development of Quality Assurance processes.* Lead Data Analytics efforts to better interpret customer data and use it to solve problems and answer questions.* Provides project management consultation on factors affecting the timely completion of tasks on the program.* Analyzes and monitors customer business processes for less complex studies to ensure continuous improvement that supports the customers business direction and growth* Prepares plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluations.* Analyzes progress reports against the schedule.QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor''s degree in Business, Project or Construction Management, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)* 12+ years of related work experience.* Working knowledge of facilities processes is helpful * This is a full time position, based in Annapolis Junction, MD. * Must be US Citizen * ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: * Business background with understanding of the process used for business analysis planning. Ability to lead members of the team in various business analysis techniques.* Expertise in Excel and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.* Knowledge of Maximo preferred. * Written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position, including the ability to speak very well in basic professional situations and present technical data in a logical manner that is easy to understand (may include communication via telephone, in person, or presenting to small groups). Ability to write moderately complex documents (may include emails, memos, procedures, presentations). Communicates with a wide variety of individuals (employees and managers) throughout the organization and outside of the organization (i.e. clients, vendors).* Excellent interpersonal skills.* Excellent analytical skills translating technical functional information.* Ability to work as part of a team.
