Description: The Senior Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. This includes the responsibility of assisting the store in achieving its sales goals, meeting merchandising standards and delivering operational excellence through effectively leading a high performing team. The Senior Assistant Store Manager collaborates with peers as well as the Area Manager to assess the needs of the customer and develop the best methods for achieving service, sales and operational objectives. In addition, the Senior Assistant Store Manager is expected at times to provide full leadership over the store. The Senior Assistant Manager position offers competitive pay, sales bonus plan, retention bonus plan, along with full benefits. Responsibilities:Assist Store Manager in education and development of Assistant Store Manager, Key Holders and Sales plete understanding and ability to handle all operational functions of the store including Inventory Management, Staffing, Merchandising and Sales Initiatives.Responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of new staffDevelops staff through observing, coaching, training, and feedbackCreates and maintains staff scheduleResponsible for ordering and maintain store supplies which include skate sharpening suppliesStrong knowledge of sales performance including KPI''s, Category Sales and Gross SalesAssist in completion of all weekly/monthly/annual sales reportsDevelop strategies to improve KPI''s when neededEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales servicePartner with the Store Manager to establish and communicate all critical metrics and expectations within the store, including but not limited to sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming productContributes to a positive and inclusive work environment Requirements: Requirements:Previous retail management experience a plusProven experience in a retail/customer service environmentAbility to motivate recruit, hire and motivate employeesDemonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work evenings and weekendsAbility to lift up to 25lbsBenefits:Bonus Incentive PlanAnnual Retention BonusMedical, Dental, Vision & Disability InsuranceLife and Long-Term Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Plan401(k)Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysPaid Maternity/Paternity LeaveEmployee DiscountPM20PI189894340
