Job Description Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing and 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an Intelligence Research Analyst to support the United States Government (USG) modernization initiatives in developing Strategic Intelligence capabilities. This position will work alongside other SETAs, Systems Engineers, and Intelligence Professionals to provide strategic, technical, and operational analysis culminating in the form of graphical visualizations, analytical reports, decision briefs and databases. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a proven self-starter, capable of working independently and with a team. Principal Responsibilities: * Generate and supply analytical content and findings in various presentation formats. * Serve on review boards evaluating emerging technology with an understanding of how to operationalize and effectively employ those technologies. * Support planning, integration and execution of experimentation, exercises and * Strong financial acumen to inform investment, co-investment, and acquisition decisions. * Represent the ISR TF with Critical Enablers, Innovation Hubs, Army Futures Command, the Intelligence Community (IC), Requirements Developers, End Users and Key Stakeholders. * Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the operationalization of the analytical outputs. * Lead complex market research efforts with an aim of driving and informing executive-level decisions in a market. * Responsible for integrating, synchronizing, and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders. * Interact with Technical Staff, Business Operations, and program staff to generate Cost Benefit Analysis. * Recommend and coordinate efforts to enable prototyping, experimentation, and demonstration objectives. * Support the Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space Layer leads and assist the Assessments, Liaison, and Operations Branch Chiefs, as required. * Ensure the proper integration and coordination of all DOTMLPF-P considerations and issues for ISR-TF supported systems. * Review the preparation of applicable capability needs and requirements documentation for resolution of requirements issues. * Formulate critical issues and operational criteria and review Analysis of Alternatives (AOA) in the investigation of comparative alternative solutions. Required Skills * Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as substantive experience with network hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. * Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. * Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment, both as part of a dynamic team and independently with customers at multiple echelons. * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments while remaining forward-leaning, detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated. * Active TS/SCI clearance. Required Experience * BA or BS with 10 years of experience or 10 years of relevant direct experience. * Experience briefing senior leadership/C-Suite members. * Knowledge of analytic research, valuation, and forecasting techniques. Desired Experience * Knowledge of and experience serving in the Intelligence and/or Special Operations Communities. * Experience briefing senior leadership/C-Suite members. * Knowledge of U.S. Army and/or Joint-Service design methodology.
