Job Description:• Recommend improvements to the functional management, operation, deployment and training of forces IAW existing doctrine.• Support in oversight of EC-130/EC-37, COMPASS CALL operations. • Review, coordinate and prepare ISR and EC-130/EC-37, COMPASS CALL Instructions and policies (AFI11-220, AFI11-2RC-135 Vols 1, 2, 3, AFI11-2EC-130 Vols 1, 2, 3, AFTTP 3-1.RC-135, and 55 WG Operational Instructions and policies) IAW governing AFI.• Review, coordinate and prepare inspection planning to include wing generated exercises and ACC/IG Operational Readiness Inspections and UCIs. • Support in coordination, tracking, and management of ATO/ATC/ISA requirements for EC-130/EC-37, COMPASS CALL operations.• Review, coordinate and prepare Realistic Training Review Board (RTRB) briefings and publish pre/post RTRB products as required.• Analyze current and future COMPASS CALL capabilities, to include future Baseline configurations, and quick- reaction (QRC) capabilities to determine operational training requirements and solutions. Experience and Education Requirements: • Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited university • Experience as a USAF EC-130/EC-37 COMPASS CALL aircrew member OR Experience as a USAF Electronic Warfare/Electronic Attack (EW/EA) aircrew member OR Experience working COMPASS CALL programs For more information email at
