System Engineer with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities: • Analyzes user''s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. • Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies and provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations, and develops technical documentation. • Develops system Architecture and system design documentation, and guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. • Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.• Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility and, communicates with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives.Qualifications: • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical discipline from an accredited college or university. May substitute 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.• 8 plus years of experience in technical program management and/or system development team lead. At least 50% of experience shall be related to SIGINT, Communications Systems, or Information Technology.• 5 plus years of experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition to operations.• 5 plus years of experience of system engineering in an intelligence community environment.• Well-rounded interpersonal skills and client management experience.• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.• Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines.• Must have a strong ability and desire to assimilate and apply knowledge as well as to spread acquired knowledge and experience to other team members.
