Job Description

The Center for Youth and Family Solutions (CYFS) is seeking compassionate, committed, and culturally competent individuals who align with our mission of helping children and families in need with dignity, compassion, and respect to resolve life challenges. We are committed to supporting children and families who have experienced life-changing trauma, abuse and neglect, and other significant life challenges by providing strengths-based, family-centered, and trauma-responsive programs, services, and interventions. DESCRIPTION of responsibilities:Deliver necessary clinical services including individual and group therapy a minimum of one hour per week as well as family therapy whenever teract with referral source, resident and resident''s family to complete strength based Rehabilitative Assessments and Social teract with residents, staff, and relevant collaterals, to develop individual treatment plans based on assessment of individual, group, and family dynamics.Document all services delivered to comply with agency, state, and federal regulations and requirements.Plan and participate in technical staff conferences and team meetings with schools, physicians, mental health professionals, referral source, and liaison workers for the purpose of development, implementation, and assessment of cooperative treatment planning.Evaluate clinical and case management services delivered to ensure services are meeting long term objectives of the agency and meeting standards of time and cost efficiencies, as well as sensitivity to the cultural differences in the service population.Attend court hearings, case staffing''s, or other activities when necessary to coordinate client services.Develop a plan for and provide services in accordance with contractual aftercare requirements.Benefits (Full Time positions):Flexible Work Schedule, with the ability to work remotely on occasionEducational ReimbursementCompetitive CompensationSign-on Bonus and potential extra compensation for CWELOpportunity for advancementEmployee Assistance Program to help with Work-Life Balance and other potential well-being challengesChoice of 4 medical plans including PPO and high deductible plans with HSADental and Vision Insurance401k retirement plan with 4% employer matchEmployer Paid Life Insurance and Long-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Plan and Dependent Care Plan''Dress for your Day'' Dress Code12 Paid HolidaysAccrual of 15 Vacation days and 8 sick days, plus 5 personal/wellness days Supportive atmosphere with the ability to be yourself while learning and developingRequired Qualifications:Master''s degree, preferably in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other human service field as per current DCFS licensing standards (Required)1 year of therapeutic experience (Required) Must possess interpersonal, communication, time management, multitasking, computer, and teamwork skills.
