This role is responsible for the day to day management of a multiple active clients. The Sr. Project Manager creates project plans and tracks and drives progress towards the delivery objectives established mutually with the client in the SOW, while ensuring that delivery best practices are employed. This position will also take a lead role in producing and managing client deliverables relative to our multi-channel marketing engagements. This role will be the key point of intersection across all internal teams to facilitate the workflow. The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with the Account team leads to ensure accurate and timely deliverables aligned with client needs. The Sr. Project Manager is expected to perform all job duties including the following:Key Responsibilities:Create project plans and monitor overall project progress and delivery quality.Facilitate good communication with the internal project team and with the client; ensure clear roles and responsibilities are set and understood by all core team members involved.Prepares well-organized, clear and concise communications.Actively prioritize team workload to ensure quality results are delivered on time within budget.Troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate resources as needed.Appropriately escalate any significant issues to the correct and applicable management team as needed.Works closely with other business functions; collaboration and contributing ideas.Document and track project risks proactively and create mitigation plans for serious risks.Able to negotiate and manage conflict and manage customer concerns that cause skepticism or uncertainty for the customer.Lead and coordinate change and issue management.Create and adhere to the project communication plan.Able to deviate from standard/established PM methodologies to accomplish dynamic project completion.Responsible for alerting Management of any significant client changes or barriers that impact budget and/or timelines.Understand financial reporting and process; profit and loss management; may lead the efforts to create the content of the reports.Estimating staffing and scoping for projects, including retainers and contracts.Consistently strengthens and adds value to the client relationships. QualificationsBachelor''s degree or equivalent experience is required.5+ years project management experience preferably in the digital marketing environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, PMP Certification a plus.Excellent negotiation, time-management and active listening skills.Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize activities.Self-starter with strong initiative.Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Advanced knowledge of waterfall and Agile PM methodology.Able to function in, and successfully manage in a demanding environment. Additional InformationCompensation Range: $73,500 - $117,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
