We realize that your growth is paramount to our continued reputation of quality and service excellence, so we are ready to invest in YOU from day one!About your Role:The Therapist, under the supervision of their immediate supervisor, provides Evidence-Based Therapeutic interventions with clients and their families as delineated on the treatment plan and provides families with training and support to create a therapeutic environment in the home.Must have valid License to practice in the State of Georgia Provide family support services to clients who struggle with a severe and persistent mental illness, or emotional disturbance who are actively involved in mental health tegrating evidence-based treatment theory, concepts, and psychotherapy interventions with clients and families.Linking the client and family with specific services and resources as identified in the treatment plan.Providing supervised visits and individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, as outlined in the Treatment Plan.Implementing Permanency Planning, including discharge plans as assigned by the Treatment Team.Maintain a caseload of 35-50 clients contingent upon clinical need.Scheduling of all clients on the caseload, which includes scheduling the initial appointment and any follow up appointments based upon the recommended frequency outlined in the treatment plan.Provides billable services to clients on the caseload at a minimum of five hours per business day within the pay period (adjusted by approved time off). Completing clinical documentation such as treatment plans, crisis/safety plans outcome measures, monthly case summaries, and discharge plans.Does the Following Apply to You?Master''s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, or Marriage and Family Therapy plus independent licensure is required (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT).
