Bringing value to our clients is what we do best and seeing them succeed is our ultimate goal.Position Overview: The Marketing Operations Specialist will leverage best practices and technology to support our marketing strategies and tactics; ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. They will demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving; striving for continuous innovation and process improvement.Responsibilities: Maintain technical aspects of key marketing systems (HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, NetSuite) Proactively explore data to find trends, report on KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance Collaborate with the marketing team to refine the HubSpot lead scoring process and tie leads to revenue Consult on operational best-practices, providing recommendations on audience targeting and segmentation as well as A/B testing strategies. Provide reports and dashboards utilizing HubSpot and Google Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices Advise campaign managers on builds and segmentation Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
