The BPM drives sales and marketing operations by planning, designing, and delivering predictable and measurable solutions for business programs. The role helps scale execution, drives clear business and market insights that result in CCSM and Microsoft achieving their purpose and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesWorking in a global sales and marketing organization at the intersection of customers and channel partners, youll have the opportunity to help shape business programs and strategies that have global impact. In this role, your focus will be on driving improvements within our marketing operations and partner payment processes.Key areas of responsibility:You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Microsoft and Partners, both cross-function and cross-business, and influence the direction and success of CCSM.You will be accountable for cross-business execution performance, planning, and sales and marketing operations by planning, designing, and delivering predictable and measurable solutions for business programs.You will help scale execution and drive clear business and market insights that result in CCSM and Microsoft achieving their purpose and business objectives.You will manage programs from initiation through delivery, and is responsible for ongoing program management and oversight, and uses project management to develop innovative solutions to create robust, efficient, and sustainable business processes and programs.You will apply a broad and deep understanding of customers, partners and internal groups'' needs, drivers, and decision-making processes. Plans, strategizes, and influences priorities and decisions to improve satisfaction, performance, and the experience.You will guide workstreams toward simplification and automation to evolve processes, services, and solutionsYou will improve plans for delivery by driving best practices in project management and change management. MBA preferred.Preferred QualificationsPeople management experience is advantageous but not a requirementStrong project and change management capabilitiesMarketing planning or marketing operations experience is idealIntermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills (required)Must have proven skills in financial, marketing, and IT managementAdvanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilitiesMust be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, as well as negotiate and collaborate effectivelyHighly analytical - ability to understand business metrics, customer, and market trendsAmbitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, effectively manages prioritiesConfident with an ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers, willing to take on big challenges, advocate a position, build a business case, and influence others (required)Interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills that include exceptional cross-group collaboration skills to work across many teams and functions successfully and independentlyMust be a person of integrity, capable of excellent judgement and decision-making skills, showing the utmost discretion in the management of confidential corporate informationExcellent understanding of Microsofts strategy, product, and service offerings, as well as company cultureDesirable qualifications include formal training in project and process management, financial accounting, business strategy and operations and/or internal controlsMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
