Our analytic solutions bridge content, data, and analytics to help business, people, and society become stronger, more resilient, and sustainable.Job DescriptionLead agile teams to successfully deliver projects within a specified timeline and budgetFacilitate agile ceremonies (such as standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming and planning sessions) to support the creation of project deliverablesCoordinate resource needs across organizational boundaries to fulfill completion of project deliverablesModel, mentor, and coach agile best practices to improve productivity and ensure operational excellenceGuide agile teams through a SDLCEnsure project work adheres to established standards and project governance requirementsWork with a Product Manager and customers to clarify project scope and priorityCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectationsReport and communicate the progress of agile teams to stakeholdersWork across organizational boundaries to coordinate and deliver cross-departmental projectsWork with stakeholders to manage project scope and maintain elevated project qualityRemove roadblocks from the agile team to facilitate rapid deliveryClearly identify, document, communicate and mitigate risks to project successLI-AO1 QualificationsBA/BS in business or technical field or equivalent work-related experience and training2+ years relevant project management experience. Experience in an agile software development environment is highly preferred.An agile project management certification (such as SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)) is desired.Proficient with Microsoft Office, common diagramming tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart), and project/issue management tools (e.g. Project, Jira)Understanding of project management and development lifecyclesAbility to manage integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement, and stakeholders as it relates to projectsThis job is eligible for a flexible hybrid working model (with some work from home and some work from the office).
