Job DescriptionTitle: UX/Visual Designer IILocation: Seattle, WALong term projectPosition DescriptionResponsibilities: Partner with Program Managers, Product Managers, and Operations to create digital materials that share key technologies across the company across multiple channels. Create compelling infographics and information visualizations that provide insights into team health and productivity. Recommend and implement new strategies and presentation materials for communicating insights to our stakeholders.Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory degree in relevant field - information design, communication arts, graphic design. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience. A portfolio of online work that includes presentation decks and informational/persuasive writing skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong visual design skills, layout, typography and high graphic standards. Creative problem-solving abilities and the desire to experiment with new ways of presenting complex information. Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe products, and/or other design tools.Desired Illustration skills across different brands and styles. Experience with visual story-telling. Experience working closely with UX and product management teams in the tech industry.
